ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dreamgro, a division of Enchanté Accessories, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales & Product Development Executive to help grow our business across children’s apparel, accessories, plush, soft goods, and gifting categories. The ideal candidate will combine strong retail relationships and sales expertise with a solid understanding of product development, merchandising, sourcing, and production. Responsibilities include: Communicating daily with overseas factories regarding samples, timelines, approvals, and corrections

  • Develop and grow relationships with retail buyers and accounts across mass market, off-price, department store, specialty, and mid-tier retail channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of existing retail accounts
  • Partner closely with the design team to develop retailer-specific product programs, assortments, and concepts
  • Participate in product development discussions, trend research, assortment planning, and merchandising strategy
  • Present product lines, concepts, and custom programs to retail buyers and customers
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach through order placement, follow-up, and account management
  • Drive strategic growth across children’s apparel, accessories, plush, soft goods, and gifting categories
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Maintain awareness of costing, timelines, sourcing capabilities, and production requirements throughout development and production processes
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and presentations as needed
  • Build and maintain strong long-term retail partnerships through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Perform other tasks as assigned


COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising, product development, and consumer product sales
  • Knowledge of sourcing, production processes, and costing is strongly preferred
  • Existing retail relationships within children’s apparel, accessories, soft goods, gifting, or related categories preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and project management abilities
  • Ability to collaborate creatively with design and product development teams
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with licensed and/or private label programs is a plus


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field preferred, with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within children’s apparel, accessories, soft goods, gifting, or related consumer product categories; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
