Manufacturing Manager – Atlanta, GA


Salary: $128,000 – $158,000 + Bonus + Benefits


We are partnering exclusively with a well-established manufacturing client in the Atlanta area who is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of a high-performing production facility.


This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, improving manufacturing performance, and leading a strong production team in a fast-paced industrial environment.


The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership position with full accountability for day-to-day manufacturing operations. You will work closely with site leadership to deliver production targets, improve efficiency, and build a strong continuous improvement culture across the facility.


The business is focused on operational growth and modernization, and is seeking a leader who can balance strategic oversight with strong presence and engagement on the shop floor.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading all manufacturing operations across the site
  • Managing, developing, and coaching production supervisors and teams
  • Driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Owning KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements
  • Supporting capital projects and new product introductions
  • Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Building a high-performance, accountable, and engaged workforce culture


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement systems
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, aerospace, or high-volume manufacturing preferred
  • Proven ability to lead supervisors and large production teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred


Package

  • Base salary: $128,000 – $158,000
