Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaner role based in The Villages, FL. The Window Cleaner will clean interior and exterior windows for residential and commercial properties, including glass doors, frames, and sills, using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions. Daily tasks include setting up and safely operating ladders and equipment, working at height when needed, and following safety protocols at all times. The role involves traveling between job sites, communicating professionally with customers, and accurately following work orders and schedules. The Window Cleaner will also help maintain equipment, keep work areas tidy, and report any safety or maintenance issues to a supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience or strong interest in Window and Window Cleaning for residential and/or commercial properties.
Background in Contract Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning, or similar professional cleaning environments.
Ability and willingness to work at height safely, including using ladders and related safety equipment.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift equipment throughout the workday.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and between job sites in The Villages, FL.
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach when working on client properties.
Prior experience in window or exterior cleaning is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
