Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaner role based in The Villages, FL. The Window Cleaner will clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and related surfaces for residential and commercial properties using appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing equipment, setting up ladders or access equipment safely, removing dirt, smudges, and debris, and ensuring a streak-free finish. The role involves working at various heights, following safety procedures, and adhering to company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service. The Window Cleaner will also inspect completed work, communicate any issues or risks to supervisors, and maintain equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Window Cleaning and handling Window surfaces with care and precision.
• Experience or familiarity with Commercial Cleaning and Contract Cleaning environments.
• Ability and willingness to work at height safely, following all Working at Height guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, ladders, squeegees, and cleaning solutions, with a focus on safe usage.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, climb, and lift equipment throughout the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, consistent results.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in and around The Villages, FL preferred.
• Prior window or exterior cleaning experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
