Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Window Cleaner role based in The Villages, FL. The Window Cleaner will clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and related surfaces for residential and commercial properties, ensuring streak-free, high-quality results. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining cleaning equipment, safely using ladders and other access equipment, and following company safety procedures, especially when working at height. The role involves traveling between job sites, communicating professionally with clients, and completing work orders on schedule. The Window Cleaner will also assist with basic maintenance of tools, report any safety or property concerns, and follow company guidelines for appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

• Practical experience or strong interest in Window and Window Cleaning tasks, with attention to detail and quality finishes.
• Background in Contract Cleaning or Commercial Cleaning, or similar professional cleaning environments.
• Ability and willingness to work at height safely, including use of ladders and appropriate safety equipment.
• Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand, bend, and lift equipment throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in and around The Villages, FL.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols consistently.
• Professional communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients and team members.
• Previous window cleaning experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred but not required.
