The SVP, Enterprise Infrastructure & Platforms provides executive leadership for the organization’s global technology infrastructure, cloud environments, platform engineering, cybersecurity operations, and end-user technology services.

This role is accountable for ensuring all technology platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient across multiple business lines and geographies. The SVP drives infrastructure modernization and platform innovation to enable digital transformation, operational excellence, and business growth.

As a senior member of the Technology Leadership Team, this role defines and executes the enterprise infrastructure and platform strategy in close partnership with cybersecurity, architecture, and business leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Cloud Strategy
  • Lead the design and execution of enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy across hybrid environments (cloud, data centers, networks, storage, and EUC).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and lifecycle management of all infrastructure services.
  • Establish strong operational governance covering incident, change, problem, and release management.
Cybersecurity & Resilience Operations
  • Oversee execution of cybersecurity operations including SOC, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and network security operations.
  • Partner with security leadership to ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and risk frameworks.
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity programs, including failover, backup, recovery testing, and cyber resilience exercises.
Platform Engineering & Data Systems
  • Lead DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, middleware, ERP support, and enterprise application platforms.
  • Oversee enterprise data platforms and AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring scalability, observability, and secure operations.
  • Drive MLOps and platform automation for AI and advanced analytics workloads.
Cloud Financial Management & Vendors
  • Implement FinOps practices to optimize cloud and infrastructure spending, ensuring cost transparency and accountability.
  • Manage key technology vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA performance, value delivery, and risk management.
  • Monitor infrastructure, platform, and service performance through defined KPIs and KRIs.
Service Delivery & End-User Technology
  • Oversee IT service operations including service desk, workplace technology, collaboration tools, and field support.
  • Improve employee technology experience through reliable, efficient, and user-centric services.
  • Ensure effective IT asset and workplace technology lifecycle management.
Leadership & Transformation
  • Build and lead a high-performing, multi-regional infrastructure and platform organization.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability across teams.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across technology, risk, finance, and business functions.
  • Lead infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives supporting enterprise modernization.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or technology operations.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), hybrid infrastructure, and enterprise networking.
  • Proven track record in large-scale IT operations, service management, and resilience programs.
  • Experience leading regional or global technology teams.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).
Certifications (Preferred)
  • ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent
  • Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT frameworks
