2. About the Opportunity:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in delivering consistent, high-quality HR support within client organizations. This role ensures timely and accurate guidance for employees and managers, manages routine HR processes efficiently, and appropriately escalates complex or sensitive issues. The position is central to maintaining clear, accessible, and trustworthy HR service delivery that supports organizational compliance, equity, and operational excellence.
3. Responsibilities:
• Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of offer letters, employment documents, and employee communications.
• Manage new hire requests and onboarding processes in alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate offboarding tasks including system access termination and final pay processing.
• Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding resources and templates.
• Support payroll accuracy by providing timely HR inputs and routing discrepancies.
• Assist with HR compliance tasks such as data preparation for filings and maintaining audit readiness.
• Monitor compliance-sensitive areas and escalate matters requiring interpretation or risk assessment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR system support.
• Handle routine HR administrative requests like employment verifications and policy acknowledgements.
• Triage and categorize employee questions, escalating complex or sensitive issues with appropriate documentation.
• Maintain fluency with tools, systems, and resources to direct employees and managers effectively.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to HR guidance and processes.
4. Requirements:
• Experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of HR compliance areas including I-9/E-Verify, COBRA, leave policies, and wage regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and documentation.
• Ability to triage and escalate sensitive HR matters appropriately.
• Proficiency with HR systems, templates, and workflows.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
