Paralegal / Senior Paralegal (Remote – U.S. & Canada)

What You'll Do

• Manage and organize contracts, legal records, confidential information, and corporate documentation
• Support attorneys with commercial agreements, due diligence, transactions, compliance, and corporate governance matters
• Draft and manage standard agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts
• Coordinate legal workflows, document management systems, and internal processes
• Assist with intellectual property administration, patent filings, and deadline tracking
• Partner with finance, tax, operations, and business teams on a variety of legal and strategic initiatives
• Support global operations and collaborate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve legal efficiency and knowledge management
• Help build scalable systems and processes that enable continued company growth
