Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing improvements as needed
- Develop and refine operational policies, processes, and procedures to optimize productivity
- Lead, coach, and support teams to ensure high performance and engagement
- Coordinate with leadership and department heads on strategy execution and resource planning
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships (as applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in operations or management roles
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operational tools/software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management platforms)
