The Office Route Reconciliation position is responsible for reconciling the routes of the drivers as they return from routes and depositing cash.

  • Audit product returns against adjustments on customer invoices to ensure accuracy of product counts upon return.
  • Review route driver paperwork to ensure drivers are performing cash handling procedures according to BEK operational guidelines.
  • Perform daily posting of money received from drivers to A/R and make deposits according to cash management procedures, ensuring the security of funds.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Accounts Receivable or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in an accounting environment
  • Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred
  • Outstanding computer skills, with exceptional data entry (10-key by touch and alpha-numeric) skills
  • Ability to learn and use relevant internal applications
  • High School Diploma
