What we do: We help people buy homes, and more than 80% of the time, those people are Veterans using their VA home loan benefit. A lot of them have already been burned, bounced around, or told "no" by someone who didn't actually understand their file. We don't do that here. People over profits. Always.
The role: You own every loan in the committed pipeline from application to close. Working alongside the Loan Officer, borrowers, processors, underwriters, and third parties, you close 95%+ of loans on time and make the experience feel handled the whole way through.
Compensation: $72,000 + $100 Per file bonus + $1000 Self Sourced Per File Bonus.
