Design Engineer Thermal Systems
- Design and develop thermal systems components such as heat exchangers and cooling systems.
- Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Support design reviews and implement engineering changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
Design Engineer Turbomachinery Components
- Design and develop turbomachinery components such as compressors, fans, and pumps (stator, rotor, shaft, housing, end covers).
- Create 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Support design reviews and implement engineering changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development.
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or Siemens NX
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
FEA Engineer Structural/Thermal Analysis
- Develop finite element models for thermal and thermo-mechanical simulations.
- Perform steady-state and transient thermal analyses using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Support design optimization through simulation-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance and reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Solidworks, ANSYS Mechanical, or similar FEA software.
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
CFD Engineer Thermal Systems / Turbomachinery
- Develop CFD models for compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, ducts, and Conduct mesh generation, model setup, solution monitoring, and post-processing.
- Perform CFD simulations for internal and external fluid flow applications.
- Support design optimization through CFD-based recommendations.
- Work closely with design, FEA, and testing engineers during product development.
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, CFX, or OpenFOAM.
- Bachelor / Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
Industrial Motor Design Engineer
- Supports the department s Subject Mater Expert (SME) in the sizing, design, mechanical drawings and testing of electric motors operating at speeds up to 70,000 rpm used in our fans, pumps and compressors.
- Performs electromagnetic, thermal, and mechanical analysis using simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
- Creates detailed CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Develops motor performance specifications and validation test plans. Conducts performance testing (efficiency, torque, speed, thermal, vibration, noise).
- Analyzes and optimize motor efficiency.
- Bachelor s degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic theory and motor design principles
- Understanding of winding techniques, lamination stacks, magnets, and insulation systems
