Marketing Operations Specialist
CEO Coaching International
Make BIG Happen With Us
CEO Coaching International coaches the world's top CEOs and entrepreneurs to grow revenue, expand profit, and make BIG happen. Our marketing engine spans events, digital campaigns, content, and a fast-growing social presence, powered by a modern stack: Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oktopost, a full-service agency, and a dedicated website team.
We are also an AI-forward company. We use AI across the business to move faster and think bigger, and we want marketers who are wired the same way.
About the Role:
Strategy, creative, and web development are covered. What we need is the person who makes it all actually ship. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be the execution engine of the marketing team: building and launching campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, publishing across our social channels in Oktopost, keeping Salesforce data sharp, and moving work between our agency, website team, and internal stakeholders.
This is a role for a true generalist who likes doing a bit of everything and does all of it well. One day you're QA-ing a campaign send, the next you're onboarding coaches to our advocacy platform, tightening a social caption, or pulling the numbers leadership sees. You will touch nearly every campaign we run and see exactly how a modern marketing operation works from the inside. The right person is growing in their marketing career, obsessively organized, quick to learn new platforms, and trustworthy enough to be handed a task once and deliver it done right.
What You'll Do:
• Campaign execution: Build, QA, and launch email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and post-send reporting
• Social publishing: Schedule, publish, and monitor content across our social channels in Oktopost; run our coach advocacy program and keep the social calendar full
• Salesforce administration: Build lists, manage campaign records, keep data clean, and pull the reports leadership runs on
• Coordination: Traffic assets and feedback between our agency, website team, and internal stakeholders so nothing stalls waiting on a handoff
• AI leverage: Use AI tools daily to draft, QA, summarize, and automate; help us keep finding faster ways to work
• Quality assurance: Test every link, list, form, and send before it goes live; catch the errors before our audience does
• Flex execution: Jump on the campaign, event, or platform need of the week; priorities move fast here and so will you
What We're Looking For:
• 2 to 4 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or campaign execution role
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce (lists, campaigns, reports) and working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; you can build and send without hand-holding
• Experience with a social media management platform (Oktopost, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
• A genuine AI mindset; you already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work smarter and get excited about what's next
• Meticulous attention to detail; you QA your own work and rarely need a second pass
• Strong organization and follow-through; you can take a two-line Teams message and turn it into a finished deliverable
• Discretion and judgment; you will handle executive-level communications and confidential information
Nice to Have:
• Light copywriting experience; you can draft a social post, tighten an email, or polish a caption without a full creative handoff
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist or Administrator)
• Basic HTML/CSS for email edits
• Experience coordinating with external agencies
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, or campaign attribution
What This Role Is Not:
This is not a strategy or creative role. Our agency and leadership set direction; you make it real. If you want to own brand voice or channel strategy on day one, this is the wrong fit. If you want to become the person a VP of Marketing cannot operate without, and build serious Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI skills doing it, keep reading.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $65,000 to $85,000 base salary, based on experience
• Full-time, remote (U.S.)
• Health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); paid time off
• Direct mentorship from the VP of Marketing and a front-row seat to how the world's top CEOs grow their companies
How to Apply:
- Send your resume and a short note (five sentences max) describing the most complex campaign you have personally built and launched in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform. Applications without the note will not be reviewed. That is the first attention-to-detail test.
