We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager will lead and execute the marketing & communication strategy for the US market, supporting the increase of brand awareness in the local market and the brand’s positioning as luxury lifestyle and accessories player for both men’s and women’s.

This role requires strong network and relationships, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage integrated communication initiatives, from events, to retail activations and personal branding activities.


Key Responsibilities

- Translate brand storytelling into relevant, market-specific narratives;

- Develop and implement branding, marketing and communication strategies tailored to the US market, aligned with global brand messaging;

- Support brand awareness and positioning, with a specific focus on the women’s segment Business Development, Partnerships, Networking;

- Build and grow a network of “Friends of The House” (included but not limited to opinion leaders, talents, celebrities, KOLs) in line with brand guidelines, to elevate the brand awareness and perception of the Brand in the market;

- Manage high-level networking & personal branding opportunities with media and cultural stakeholders;

- Identify and develop visibility opportunities for Santoni brand to reach new potential targets and clients;

- Activate strategic partnerships across luxury, hospitality, fashion and lifestyle sectors;

- Identify key moments in the fashion, luxury and lifestyle calendar proposing visibility opportunities for Santoni to participate with the objective;

- Support and coordinate marketing projects and collaborations to enhance brand visibility;


Media Relations

- Build and maintain strong and tailored relationships with top-tier media, editors, and KOLs;

- Secure high-impact interviews, brand features and editorial coverage across print, online, and business press;

- Manage press outreach, pitching, and ongoing media engagement;


Events & Experiences

- Organize and manage events in key cities to drive media coverage, store traffic and support CRM and clienteling activities;

- Contribute to retail-driven events to attract targeted audiences to boutiques;


Requirements

- Proven Marketing, Pr and Communication experience in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors;

- Strong US media and social network;

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills;

- Strategic mindset with executional excellence;
