Title: Learning Events Coordinator
Position: Regular, Full-time | Hybrid - NY/NJ | Non-Exempt
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Events Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination and administration of learning and training events for global clients. This role supports both virtual and in-person event delivery, ensuring seamless execution across the full event lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to understand event objectives and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning and training events (virtual and onsite)
- Interpret event briefs and align logistics with client objectives
- Plan and manage events within defined timelines and budgets
- Source and book venues, AV services, catering, and related event support
- Coordinate event agendas, speaker schedules, and session flow
- Manage participant communications, including invitations and joining instructions
- Set up and maintain courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Monitor attendance, track participation, and generate reports
- Provide on-the-day event support, including moderation of virtual sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events in real time
- Handle learner inquiries and manage escalations per service standards
- Evaluate event outcomes and compile post-event reports
