Junior Marketing & Events Coordinator

NeuroLeadership Institute

Full-time United States 1 week ago $42,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr

About the Role

We’re a small but remote organization with a big events calendar and an even bigger commitment to doing things well. We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who loves the details, thrives in a fast-paced virtual-first environment, and isn’t afraid to juggle a webinar registration setup, a vendor negotiation email, and a copy proofread all in the same afternoon. You’ll be the connective tissue that keeps our events running smoothly and our marketing moving forward — and you’ll do it with a team that genuinely supports your growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, set up, and run virtual events from end to end using Zoom Webinars and Zoom Events
  • Support in-person and hybrid events: venue coordination, vendor management, on-site team briefing, and day-of execution
  • Source vendors, gather quotes, and negotiate pricing within a lean budget
  • Coordinate across global time zones with team members, speakers, and external partners
  • Edit marketing copy for grammar, clarity, and brand voice; write event communications and light marketing content
  • Manage projects and deadlines in tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Notion
  • Track event budgets and reconcile expenses post-event

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or a similar administrative/operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Zoom Webinars and/or Zoom Events (a genuine plus — not just “Zoom meetings”)
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for grammar, clarity, and detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Trello, or similar)
  • Background in virtual event production or webinar hosting
  • Experience working with international teams or across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
  • Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
