Job Summary

The IT Financial Analyst is responsible for managing IT budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and expenditure controls. This role partners with IT, Accounting, Procurement, and vendor teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, optimize technology spending, and support capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Monitor expenditures, review invoices, purchase orders, and budget allocations.
• Perform variance analysis and maintain financial controls.
• Support annual budget planning and capital project funding.
• Partner with IT managers, Accounting, Procurement, and vendors on financial planning and cost management.
• Prepare financial reports and provide budget recommendations.
• Support procurement processes and budget automation systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT budgeting.
• Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expenditure controls.
• Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle, ServiceNow ITFM/ITAM, FinOps, or TBM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
