WSU Tech is seeking an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) Coordinator
to support Smart Factory operations and connected technology
initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating, configuring,
and maintaining Industrial IoT systems, industrial networks, and
connected devices that support hands-on learning and workforce training
environments.
### Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
workforce training environments.
- Maintain and manage industrial networks while ensuring compliance
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software
efficiency.
- Coordinate Smart Factory technology operations and support the
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and industry partners to support
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

## Requirements {#job-requirements-title}
### Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Engineering Technology,
required; Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience
- Experience or working knowledge in one or more of the following
- - Data Analytics
- PLCs and Industrial Controls
- Industrial Sensors
- Robotics and Automation
- Industrial Operating Systems
- Computer and Industrial Networking
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration
