We’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to support North America for a growing, global technology organization (~450 employees). This is a 6-month contract opportunity to play a key role in both day-to-day HR operations and broader strategic initiatives. You’ll partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy, support a dynamic employee base, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and leadership to provide guidance on employee relations, performance, hiring, and day-to-day HR needs
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on talent and organizational initiatives
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Execute key HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent development) Manage multiple HR initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with global HR and talent teams on ongoing programs and priorities
  • Drive process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency
  • Support change management and business transformation efforts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across North America
  • Lead or support HR projects (payroll, benefits, training) and manage benefits renewals
  • Drive employee engagement and communication across the region


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong HR generalist experience across HR ops, employee relations, performance management, and TA
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
  • Proven experience coaching and influencing managers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting change in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and new technologies


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a technology or SaaS environment
  • Exposure to global or multi-region HR support
  • Experience with benefits renewals and compensation cycles
  • Background supporting high-growth or scaling organizations
