About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily human resources operations and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. This position involves partnering with leadership and staff to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, administer benefits, and support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted resource for employees, fostering a culture of engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. The position is based at our facility and operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2-5+ years of current HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Paylocity is a plus.

The successful candidate will contribute to organizational development initiatives, assist in performance management processes, and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
