  • Develop and deliver HR metrics and insights (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement themes) that inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR workflows, implement scalable processes, and optimize HR systems and tools.
  • Stay current on HR best practices and emerging technologies and bring forward recommendations tailored to a high-growth environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with broad responsibility across multiple HR disciplines; prior experience in a growth or startup environment is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certification strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and demonstrated ability to apply them in practical, business-focused ways.

  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and confidence working in HRIS and related systems.
  • Clear, influential written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to earn trust and coach stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and driving projects from idea to implementation in a fast-paced environment.
