We are seeking a highly organized and compliant-driven HR Assistant for a 3-month contract to cover an internal leave of absence. In this role, you will provide comprehensive remote support, training, and oversight in the areas of employee hiring, onboarding, file compliance, and employee relations for a major healthcare organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in tracking employee data, handling background screenings, navigating clinical credentialing, and managing leave administration workflows.

- esPost-Offer & Onboarding Management: Coordinate and manage post-offer processes, including collecting and validating candidate documentation required for hire, licensure, and onboarding. Launch onboarding workflows, track pre-employment paperwork, and ensure a seamless new hire experienc
- e.Background & Compliance Screening: Complete pre-hire background checks, employment verifications, reference checks, and professional license verifications accurately within established timelines and regulatory standard
- s.Credentialing & Licensure Tracking: Gather, maintain, and audit documents required for clinical staff credentialing. Facilitate data collection and tracking for state licensure and certifications to ensure files are current and audit-read
- y.HR System Data Entry: Provide data entry and system administration support within ADP Enterprise, ensuring employee records across the division are accurate and completely up to dat
- e.Training & Orientation Delivery: Conduct new hire orientation and deliver training sessions. Support operational leaders with tracking post-hire compliance requirements (training completion, licensure renewals, and performance evaluations
