Overview

  • We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and supporting project management tools.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting cadence, including:
  • Creating agendas
  • Capturing and distributing notes
  • Tracking action items
  • Gather and share weekly updates from workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility.
  • Support preparation of leadership presentations and status report-outs.
  • Maintain a centralized project site and repository for all documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and organize required project materials.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly reviewed.
  • Manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing project needs.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating clear, concise, and actionable leadership reports.
  • Ability to build and manage detailed project timelines and trackers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a healthcare or managed care environment.
