Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager to support a large healthcare payer organization. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with strong potential for long-term extension.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the healthcare payer industry
Functional knowledge of one or more of the following:

Medicare Advantage
Pharmacy/PBM
Care Management
Claims
Member Services

Experience leading enterprise application development and system integration initiatives
Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and Agile delivery methodologies

Experience Working With

Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms
Custom application development Enterprise integrations
Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive successful project delivery
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
