Peek is making the process of finding an apartment faster, easier, and more efficient for everyone involved. We help property managers lease up to 30% faster by letting renters tour the exact unit they might call home, and pair those tours with AI tools for marketing, leasing, and prospect prioritization, including Peek Discover, the first AI search-visibility platform for multifamily.


The company is scaling rapidly, and we are looking to add a Growth Marketing Associate to our team. Our growth engine is already built and running on automation. What it needs now is an owner and a builder. You will dive headfirst into a fast-growing startup, run the engine day-to-day, watch the numbers, jump on the hot replies, and take what is working and make it bigger. You will report to our Director of Marketing, who sets the strategy and manages you day-to-day


This is a full-time, fully remote role open to anyone in the US who can work EST business hours. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 base, plus equity and a performance bonus tied to pipeline.


You will:

  • Run and scale our growth engine: find the campaigns and channels that are converting, double down, run small tests, and build the next play
  • Build and launch outbound campaigns (HeyReach and Instantly) using our existing tooling, including conference and trip-based meeting-booking pushes
  • Own email and newsletter ops: schedule and send monthly blasts and The Unlock newsletter, manage lists and segmentation, and keep deliverability clean
  • Monitor paid-ads spend daily so the platforms optimize toward pipeline, not just toward spending the budget
  • Schedule social posts and track engagement, surfacing what is working so we do more of it
  • Keep the growth dashboard current and call out when something quietly stops converting
  • Triage in real time: route hot replies fast, escalate nuanced objections, and notice if leads are slipping through the cracks
  • Keep the CRM clean: intake, dedupe, route, and qualify leads in HubSpot so nothing slips


You may be fit for this role if you:

  • Use Claude and other AI tools to do real work, or are genuinely eager to ramp up fast. This engine runs on AI leverage, so it is core to the role, not a bonus.
  • Have a builder's mindset: you spot what is working, ask how to do more of it, and stay motivated by a number you can move.
  • Bring foundational experience in growth or demand generation, whether through campaign support, outbound, email, paid channels, or marketing operations.
  • Have an analytical streak and are comfortable using HubSpot, email platforms, ad managers, and spreadsheets to track performance and make data-informed calls.
  • Communicate clearly in writing, tailor your message to the audience, and flag problems early.
  • Are comfortable working with sales, understand the basics of a sales process, and align marketing activity to revenue goals.
  • Stay organized across projects, prioritizing deadlines and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders without dropping balls.
  • Have 1-3 years in growth, demand gen, marketing ops, or RevOps.
  • Bonus: experience in multifamily, proptech, real estate, or B2B SaaS.
