WHO IS ROOK BRISTOL

Rook Bristol is a cross-border lending group providing structured capital to high-growth businesses across the UK, United States, Canada and Australia. We originate, underwrite and deploy credit with precision - backing businesses that have been vetted, structured and approved through our servicing partners. Our edge is discipline: rigorous credit standards, clean structures and capital that performs.

We don't chase volume. We back quality.

OUR MISSION

To deploy institutional-grade capital into underserved lending markets - with the rigour of a credit investor and the speed of a modern lender.

Smarter Capital. Faster Decisions. Built for Business.

THE PERFECT FIT

We operate at the intersection of institutional lending and international finance. The standards are high and the work is consequential. If you are energised by complexity, precision and the discipline of cross-border credit operations, you will thrive here.

To succeed, you’ll need:

  • The rigour to build and maintain controls that hold up under regulatory scrutiny
  • Sound commercial judgement combined with a lender's instinct for risk
  • The presence to represent the finance function to external counterparties, auditors and regulators
  • Resilience and composure in a high-standards, fast-moving environment
  • A genuine desire to build - not just operate - a world-class international finance function
  • The ability to travel regularly and engage substantively with teams across multiple geographies
