Role Description
This is a full-time, flexible location role for a Founding Engineer. The Founding Engineer will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing core product features, ensuring scalability, and implementing best coding practices. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing software architecture, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the team to shape product vision and strategy. The role also involves identifying innovative technologies to integrate into the company's platform.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, System Design, Cloud Computing, and Backend Engineering
- Experience in Frontend Development, UI/UX Design, and Web Application Development
- Knowledge of Database Management, Data Modeling, and Optimization techniques
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and code optimization experience
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in startup environments is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
