This role focuses on transforming complex healthcare and pharmacy-related data into clear, actionable insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. You will work at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, helping teams understand performance through reliable reporting and well-structured dashboards. The position plays a key role in improving data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical consistency across multiple stakeholder groups. You will gather requirements from business users and translate them into scalable reporting solutions that support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. The environment is collaborative and detail-driven, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to enhancing reporting systems, tools, and processes to ensure data is accessible, trustworthy, and impactful.

Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions by collecting, validating, organizing, and interpreting data into clear reports and summaries aligned with internal standards and business needs.
  • Support business stakeholders by gathering reporting requirements, facilitating intake sessions, and helping prioritize analytics and reporting requests.
  • Improve the reliability and performance of existing reports by identifying issues, refining data processes, and collaborating with system owners to enhance upstream data quality.
  • Analyze data trends and operational issues to recommend improvements in reporting processes, data structures, and overall analytical workflows.
  • Provide training and support to end users and internal teams to ensure effective use of reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and ensure reporting outputs align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within a structured business environment.
  • 1+ year of SQL experience with the ability to query, manipulate, and validate datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting or BI tools such as Tableau, SAS, Cognos, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy claims, PBM, or benefits-related data is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and document requirements effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
