This is a full-time, remote role for a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into internal databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Additional tasks include verifying information for accuracy, organizing digital files, maintaining records, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will support the team by ensuring timely and accurate data entry to maintain operational efficiency.
- Proficient Typing skills with attention to detail and speed
- Strong Computer Literacy and ability to navigate databases and software systems
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and data organization
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is an asset but not required
