We're working with a leading media company, known for its innovative content and broad global reach, on an exciting opportunity to join their Human Resources department. This company is a powerhouse in entertainment and information, continually shaping industry trends.

The Role

Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support HR and business decision-making
Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, offboarding survey results, and talent acquisition metrics
Translate business questions into clear analyses, insights, presentations, and recommendations for HR leaders
Support recurring reporting, ad hoc data requests, audits, and data quality reviews
Partner with various HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
Develop both short-term and scalable long-term solutions for improved reporting processes

What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Human Resources experience
3-5 years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI)
Proficient with SQL and Python or other data manipulation languages
Advanced Excel skills
