What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Actively listen to customers and advocate for their needs, providing guidance and support
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and document all interactions
  • Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating their options
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues and improve outcomes
  • Maintain confidential records of customer information and follow company policies and procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work until 8:00 PM, EST
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • High-speed internet access with adherence to workplace model and potential telework agreements

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • 1+ years of claims, provider, dental, medical, or other related healthcare experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
