Your role:

This is an entry-level customer service role focused on supporting Philips customers through phone, email, and chat. The representative is responsible for providing product information, troubleshooting customer issues, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following company policies and procedures

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and provide product support.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
• Document customer contacts, transactions, and resolutions accurately.
• Analyze customer feedback and identify trends or recurring issues.
• Escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Maintain compliance with company processes and service standards

You’re the right fit if:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service and troubleshooting.
• CRM and customer service software experience.
• Documentation and reporting.
• Phone system experience.
• Digital literacy and multitasking abilities
