yAbout the Compan

y
Our client is building intelligent robotic systems for large-scale climate resilience and infrastructure protection. Their technology enables physical transformation of land and coastal environments, supporting flood defense, wetland restoration, disaster recovery, critical infrastructure protection, and future habitat creatio

n.
Backed by leading climate technology and frontier technology investors, the company is tackling one of the hardest categories in technology: building sophisticated robotic systems that operate in the real world, while also selling into complex, high-stakes markets across infrastructure, government, climate resilience, and defense-adjacent custome

rs.
This is a company for people who want to build something physical, mission-critical, and civilization-sc

This is a senior, company-building role for someone who can operate across strategy, operations, deployment, customer delivery, partnerships, and internal execution. The right person will be equally comfortable turning ambiguity into structure, working with technical teams on hard physical systems, and helping the company sell and deliver something that is both hard to build and hard to

sell.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to translate ambitious commercial and technical goals into operational r
