Assistant Sourcing Manager – Facilities Procurement

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across our North America facilities. This role requires a strong foundation in procurement, project management, and data analysis, with a focus on driving cost efficiencies and process excellence. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner, skilled communicator, and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end RFP cycles in partnership with Supplier Managers, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Drive cost reduction and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
  • Design, implement, and refine sourcing processes based on industry best practices
  • Build and sustain strong relationships across Sourcing, Supplier Management, Facilities, and external Supplier contacts
  • Develop, analyze, and publish reporting to inform decision-making and track performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted resource within the organization
  • Demonstrate ownership by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-through
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Proven project management capabilities, including requirements gathering, planning, execution tracking, and reporting
  • Advanced data analysis proficiency using Excel, Smartsheet, or Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion
  • Experience supporting sourcing and supplier management functions for facilities or similar operational domains


Team & Function

This role is part of our Operations & Digital Marketing team, responsible for procurement operations across all enterprise client North America facilities. The team is committed to delivering strategic value, operational efficiency, and exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external partners.


Pay Range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually (depending on experience)
