We’re looking for a marketing/commercial professional to join VOC’s (Viscosity Oil Company) Marketing team, responsible for executing marketing strategies across the U.S. and Canadian markets, driving campaigns, product launches, trade marketing initiatives, vendor management, and sales support activities, with a focus on market growth, brand strengthening, and business results.


Key Accountabilities

  • Execute 360° marketing initiatives across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Support trade marketing and customer activation strategies across the Agriculture, OEM, Industrial, and Aftermarket segments.
  • Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support portfolio, pricing, and growth opportunity analyses.
  • Develop brand communication initiatives across social media, events, public relations, and promotional materials.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and drive business results.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Track campaign execution, performance metrics, quality standards, and budget adherence.
  • Support marketing budget management and co-op advertising programs.
  • Develop customer- and channel-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate field activities, events, trade shows, workshops, and promotional programs.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing support resource to drive product commercialization across the U.S. and Canada.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Commercial Marketing, preferably in B2B, Industrial, Agriculture, Automotive, or related industries.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, product launches, events, agencies, and external partners.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and regional environments.
  • Availability to travel within the country.
