A well-established Southwest Florida real estate organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join its accounting team.

This role will focus heavily on commercial tenant invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and reporting, while also supporting various accounting functions as needed.

• Accounting degree or equivalent professional experience

• Collections experience required (commercial leasing/property management experience is a plus)
